Rules of Play

Please note that all play sessions are for 2 hours only.

Recommended age: 3-11

Recommended age: Under three

Wear socks / tights at all times (Children & Adults)
Remove any buckles, pens, jewellery, watches, money and sharp/loose objects from yourself before entering the play area
Refrain from smoking onsite
Abide by height and age restrictions
Leave your personal belongings with parents/guardians. We cannot accept any liability for loss/theft

Enter the play area with shoes on
Use the play facilities if you feel unwell
Take food/drink/chewing gum inside the play areas
Leave your children unsupervised. Children must be supervised at all times by a responsible adult whilst inside Treetops Activity Centre
Bring glass bottles/glasses into the supervision area. Only plastic bottles/glasses are permitted
Bring your own food/drink for consumption on site, this must be purchased from the on-site cafe. Children's water bottles are permitted
Smoke on-site. This includes vapes & E-cigarettes
Take any sharp / loose objects onto the play structure as these could get lost, cause injury or cause damage.
